OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join the Industry Marketing team. This role will drive partner-led go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across our Industrial ecosystem, with a focus on scaling impact through collaboration with strategic ISVs/SDCs, and selected GSIs. This individual is a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, consistently driving initiatives forward with purpose and precision. They thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and direction where it's needed most. This role sits within the Industrial Marketing team and plays a pivotal role in positioning Microsoft as the trusted partner for frontier firms, those pushing the boundaries of innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing, mobility and energy segments. As Agentic AI transforms industries, this role will help key our key partner, especially ISVs/SDCs, understand the relevance of agents in their workflows and processes and accelerate their AI journey. As a Product Marketing Manager – Industry & Ecosystem, you will lead partner-led go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that connect Microsoft’s product innovation with strategic partner capabilities, driving impact across our ecosystem. This includes shaping joint marketing plans, orchestrating campaign execution, and enabling co-sell motions with critical industry partners. As part of a high-impact team at the intersection of industry expertise, product innovation, and audience insight, you’ll define how Microsoft empowers partners to lead with agility and resilience, amplified by the transformative potential of agentic AI. Responsibilities
Strategy & Insights Build a deep understanding of the industrial partner ecosystem, including strategic ISVs, startups, and GSIs. Leverage partner performance data, solution adoption trends, and co-sell engagement signals to shape marketing strategy and investment priorities. Messaging & Positioning Develop compelling narratives that communicate Microsoft’s differentiated value in enabling resilient, intelligent, and sustainable operations through partner-led solutions. Tailor messaging to partner capabilities, industry-specific challenges, and transformation levers. Go-to-Market Execution Collaborate with integrated marketing, partner organizations, and field teams to launch joint partner campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Identify where and how to activate partner-led GTM motions across priority industries and customer segments. Content Development Lead the creation of partner-facing assets including solution plays, customer success stories, executive presentations, and thought leadership. Ensure content reflects partner value propositions and aligns with industry narratives. Field & Partner Enablement Equip field sellers and partner teams with messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and engagement tools that reflect the priorities of industry decision makers. Support partner onboarding and skilling with marketing resources tailored to their GTM needs. Partner Selection & Event Activation Lead partner selection and engagement for strategic industry moments, including Microsoft-hosted events, partner advisory councils, and first-party activations. Ensure partner representation aligns with business priorities and supports storytelling, customer engagement, and ecosystem growth. Performance Measurement Track campaign engagement across partner-led initiatives, including co-sell motions and marketing execution. Optimize based on partner performance metrics, seller feedback, and campaign ROI to ensure scalable impact.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
