Description

With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale! The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GCPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will activate GTM plans with a defined set of global Channel partners. You will develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business goals and target markets, leveraging Microsoft’s tools, practices, and resources. You will ensure effective execution, optimize incentives and investments, and adjust plans based on insights and KPIs. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to partners, and grow your marketing skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge—contributing to your team’s and Microsoft’s success.

Develop and own the global GTM plan with top partners, leveraging Microsoft's marketing investments, incentives, and campaign content to drive demand and revenue growth. Drive executive-level engagement with partner CMO and marketing leadership to grow Microsoft mindshare and investment, create joint go-to-market plans and global marketing campaigns, and ensure regional execution of global plan in partnership with regional partner marketing managers. Drive partner-led demand generation activities within an assigned portfolio of partners, using customer insights, campaign assets, and co-marketing initiatives to create awareness and generate leads. Optimize execution and ROI of global investments and programs, drive standardization and practices across regions, and surface insights to uncover scalable opportunities with top global channel partners. Coach and support partners in executing their go-to-market plans, ensuring effective use of resources, alignment with practices, integration into co-sell days and achievement of KPIs. Ensure compliance with all Microsoft policies and deliver governance with your partners on those policies. Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, partner marketing, or channel go-to-market within the technology industryOR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience of executing impactful go-to-market strategies and driving sales acceleration through effective partner engagement.Additional or preferred qualificationsAbility to articulate both business and technical value of Microsoft cloud services to senior business and technical decision makersDemonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices on demand generation and awareness campaigns, workshops, metrics, and sales readinessThe ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, and leading program v-teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and measures.Executive Relations: The ability to interact confidently with senior leaders in a highly-matrixed organization to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program, or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanor while engaging in challenging or sometimes high-pressure situationsPartner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
