The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.

In this role, Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Americas, you will engage across a defined set of Channel partners in your region. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business goals and target markets, leveraging Microsoft’s tools, best practices, and resources. You’ll ensure effective execution, optimize incentives and investments, and adjust plans based on insights and KPIs. You’ll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to partners, and grow your marketing skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge—contributing to your team’s and Microsoft’s success.

Responsibilities

Be a champion for Secure AI within Americas Channel Partner Marketing. Create clarity on Partner Strategy, through the Solution Plays, and support the landing and execution of partner programs, marketing investments and activities.Define, land and track the key offerings and calls-to-actions across the Cloud Solution Areas. Lead monthly business reviews and represent Americas Channel Partner Marketing in regional and global business reviews. Lead the overall marketing strategy definition, review, and end-to-end execution including campaign development and solution launch plans aligned to partner solutions built for Microsoft cloudLead creation of ‘better together’ messaging and marketing content, offers and incentives, as well as joint PR and event marketing.Understand partner’s business, plans, and objectives in partnership with global and field Partner Manager personnel and ensure alignment of GTM activities and marketing plans to deliver tangible impact and progress against those goalsEnsure measurement KPIs and OKRs are in place to track impact to sales pipeline, Microsoft Cloud revenue generated from joint solutions’ sales, campaigns, or offers brought to market. Ensure good budget management practices and high ROI for all marketing funds invested.Leverage global investments to build a set of globally scalable GTM programs to optimize channel partner’s impact at the Microsoft subsidiary level, including working with the subsidiary Partner Marketing Managers to drive alignment on partner selection and GTM executionLeverage technical and industry expertise to become a thought leader and trusted advisor to your partnerLand and lead the creation of new capabilities and opportunities through partner experiences to help provide a competitive advantage and to land key product messages with partners. Other

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualifications

5+ years in a customer and/or partner facing role, optimally dealing with a variety of audiences – customers, partners (ISV, SI, start-ups, MSPs), strategy, marketing, or business development 4+ years working directly with partner ecosystem, the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance to them and to secure their commitment to use business solutionsTechnical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and the work that partners do to develop, build-upon, and extend cloud solutionsExceptional Product Management and/or audience marketing experience is required, including modern marketing practices, and advanced skills at writing marketing materials, value propositions, and messaging Ability to articulate both business and technical value of Microsoft cloud services to senior business and technical decision makersDemonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices on demand generation and awareness campaigns, workshops, metrics, and sales readinessPassionate, results-driven, and organized approach; with an attention to detail: A self-starter who can create and deliver scalable plans from concept to delivery, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving to measurable results. The ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
