Description
OverviewThe Marketplace FastTrack team are looking for a high energy and motivated Partner Enablement Program Manager. The Commercial Marketplace is a critical growth engine for Microsoft and our global partner ecosystem. As cloud adoption, AI integration, and digital procurement accelerate, customers increasingly expect seamless, modern buying experiences. It provides customers with the ability to discover, try, and deploy these solutions. The marketplace includes a broad ecosystem of third-party offerings that expands the functionality of Microsoft Azure.
As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will 1) deeply understand the problems that our Partners are facing when publishing their solutions to the marketplace and 2) Unblock identified Marketplace-related Partner problems directly or by leveraging supporting teams. Key aspects of this role are helping Partners publish and transact in Marketplace quickly and constantly collecting insights to improve the Marketplace platform and experience.
Responsibilities
Product and Service Improvement: Drive practices that enable partners to influence the product. Collect, organize, and prioritize partner feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement. Customer Success at Scale through Partners: Coordinate with partners when they come across issues and areas for improvement in their products/services. Organize scalability assessment to see if blockers are consistent across many partners and move to prioritize solving and scaling the solution.Partner Enablement: Own engagement with partners to understand their goals, needs, and roadblocks. Drive assessment of capabilities and training needs of partners to ensure successful product knowledge. Drive the development of partner-specific strategies to ensure partner success and alignment to business goals. Act as a key advocate for partners by collecting, assessing, and implementing their feedback through various mediums.Product & Service Improvement: Contribute to product improvement with engineering by supporting the collection of partner feedback that identifies potential gaps and areas of opportunity within products, as needed. Drive Insights & Storytelling: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that inform program decisions. Learn to craft compelling narratives that communicate the impact and value of programs to various stakeholders.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
