OverviewThe Global Healthcare Partner Solutions (GHPS) team at Microsoft is dedicated to accelerating digital transformation in healthcare through a strong partner ecosystem. As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) for Healthcare in France, you will lead strategic engagement with channel partners (CSPs, LSPs) to drive adoption of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions across the healthcare sector.
This role focuses on enabling partners to deliver innovative solutions for providers, payers, and life sciences organizations, while also addressing the unique needs of SME&C & Enterprise segments. You will design and execute Partner Business Plans that align partner goals with Microsoft’s priorities, foster deep relationships with C-suite executives, and drive joint go-to-market success.

Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Portfolio Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential healthcare partners (CSPs, ISVs, SIs).Develop and execute Partner Business Plans aligned with Microsoft’s mission and healthcare priorities.Optimize partner portfolio for balanced growth across Enterprise & SME&C segments.Sales & Go-To-Market Execution
Drive partner sales performance to meet revenue and adoption targets.Enable partners to leverage Microsoft programs, incentives, and co-sell platforms.Collaborate with field sellers and partner teams to execute joint GTM campaigns.Healthcare Solution Enablement
Support partners in building solutions for EHR integration, clinical workflows, and AI-driven care.Guide partners through technical validation, compliance checks, and publishing on Microsoft AppSource.Promote adoption of Dragon Copilot and other ambient clinical intelligence solutions.Executive Relationship Management
Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner leadership teams.Align partner priorities with Microsoft’s strategy to drive mutual growth.Internal Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and licensing teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and solution readiness.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.Demonstrated experience in partner management, channel development, or sales in the technology industry.Proven experience in healthcare domain (provider, payer, or health IT segments) an/or channel business (CSPs, LSPs)Strong understanding and experience of partner ecosystems, cloud solutions, and compliance frameworks.Fluency with the English language skill.Preferred:
Experience with EHR platforms and clinical application workflows.Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, co-sell programs, incentives, and partner lifecycle management.
