Drive sales of Microsoft's Xbox products through distribution partners by effectively building an assortment strategy, supporting retail marketing activities (advertisements, product placement, etc.), collaborating with internal category and product development partners, and developing partner relationships.Maximize revenue, contribution margin, and customer & partner satisfaction through the attainment of individual sales and team sales goals. Developing and strengthening account relationships, working across account team to effectively position Xbox within the gaming category, positioning/recommending product assortments, working cross-organizationally with Category Management, Partner Marketing, Product Groups, Operations and Business Management to ensure positive ROI for Microsoft. Providing business and partner analysis and forecasting will be required. Understand and sell Microsoft technology platform, negotiate for product promotion, placement & recommend merchandising planograms as needed; effectively use systems & processes to measure, monitor, manage or impact accounts sales performance. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

5+ years partner management, sales experience, with retail or ecommerce channel sales experience .OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 2+ sales experience, with retail or ecommerce channel sales experience.3 + years experience analyzing large, complex data sets to identify partner opportunities or business gaps.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

9+ years sales experience, with retail or ecommerce channel sales experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years sales experience, with retail or ecommerce channel sales experience required.OR equivalent experience.Experience selling digital or Point of Sale Acquisitions (POSA) (giftcard) portfolio Experience in the gaming industry

Partner Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,300 - $146,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $111,700 - $161,700 per year.
