Description
We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Operations Manager to lead the design and optimization of our end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as we implement SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. This Operations Manager – Procure to Pay Technology role will be instrumental in defining buying channels, streamlining workflows, and driving automation and efficiencies across our procurement landscape. As part of a transformative initiative, this Operations Manager – Procure to Pay Technology position will also support data centralization and cleansing efforts, laying the foundation for future innovation through AI and advanced analytics. Lead the definition and design of end-to-end procurement processes within SAP Ariba Buying & InvoicingCollaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams to align system capabilities with business needsDevelop and implement optimized buying channels that support automation, compliance, and cost savingsServe as the business process authority during configuration, testing, and deployment phasesPartner with data teams to support cleansing and centralization of procurement and supplier dataIdentify and document process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementEstablish and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materialsSupport change management efforts by engaging stakeholders and driving adoption of new processesMonitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes to align with evolving business prioritiesEmbody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or P2P operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing or similar procurement platformsFamiliarity with supplier enablement and catalog managementKnowledge of data governance and cleansing practicesExposure to AI-driven procurement tools or analytics platformsChange management or process improvement certification (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma)Experience in large-scale technology implementations or digital transformation initiativesBusiness Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
