Key Responsibilities
Deliver High-Impact Training: Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions on Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platform, and AI Business Solutions, tailored to diverse enterprise audiences. Design and Facilitate Learning Journeys: Conduct single- and multi-day experiences across various time zones using varied instructional method presentations, whiteboarding, discussions, and hands-on labs. Stay Ahead of Innovation: Continuously deepen your expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies to ensure training reflects the latest advancements in Azure, security, and AI/Copilot. Drive Instructional Advancements: Leverage a mindset of continuous improvement and professional growth to drive innovation in technical skilling and collaborate with peers to scale new instructional tactics and delivery modalities which interact with the learners. Drive Program Evolution: Collaborate with global teams to shape and enhance the Azure and AI skilling programs, contributing to strategy, innovation, and learner success. Champion Excellence and Advocacy: Provide feedback to improve training content and serve as a trusted evangelist for Microsoft’s Cloud & AI technologies across customer, partner, and community engagements. Video/social media: Support the creation of video content and contribute to social media initiatives aimed at engaging audiences through contemporary digital outreach platforms.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologiesOR equivalent experience that may substitute for a degree.Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification.4+ years as a motivating communicator, able to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality through consultative teaching capabilities. Fluency in English with 4+ years of experience facilitating training and support of Learner audiences.Business fluency in English with 4+ years of experience collaborating on internal business projects. 2+ years of experience with course qualifications and delivery experience in Microsoft titles focused on M365 Copilot and agents. 2+ years of experience demonstrating ability to support the development of engaging video content. 2+ years of experience in social media influence and advocacy in technical context and ability to contribute to strategic social media initiatives that connect with target audiences across modern digital platforms. Additional or preferred qualificationsYou will have conducted both virtual and in-person training modalities of Microsoft Official Curriculum. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure technologies for professional use outside of training instruction—especially in areas such as application development, DevOps, cloud architecture, security, data platform engineering, data science, or AI—is a strong advantage. Proficiency in a second language such as Portuguese, Spanish or French.
Technical Training IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
