Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. We are seeking someone with a demonstrated history of project management skills, strategic thinking, and excel in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing campaigns across multiple channels and teams. Maintain centralized editorial calendar capturing the full picture of marketing activities. Maintain workback schedules and calendaring for all key creative and strategy reviews with all levels of leadership Plan and manage marketing campaigns and product launches to meet strategic goals. Lead collaboration between creative, go-to-market, marketing channel and product teams. Streamline processes to ensure efficient delivery of marketing assets. Address challenges effectively to uphold campaign quality and integrated marketing continuity. Foster cross-functional synergy to create and tell stories through the customer journey. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership. Addressing roadblocks or issues during project execution to maintain momentum and quality. OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, product marketing, integrated marketing, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience leading large cross-functional marketing initiatives, including goal-setting and channel strategy coordination.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience 2+ years of experience working in Marketing at a large tech company.Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
