Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Audience Technology to drive the strategic intake, planning, and implementation of advertising technology initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of AdTech capabilities with business goals.

Lead the strategy and execution of audience activation within clean room environments (e.g., Azure Confidential Clearn Room (ACCR), LiveRamp). Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, data science, privacy, and legal) to define clean room use cases and audience activation strategies that meet business goals. Design, run, and optimize queries to create audience segments in clean rooms while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)). Work closely with media teams to integrate clean room-generated audience segments into digital advertising campaigns across platforms. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve targeting effectiveness, leveraging clean room data alongside other ad tech solutions to optimize media spend. Monitor and report on the performance of audience activation efforts, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure that clean room processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with data privacy policies, working with legal teams to mitigate risks. Stay up to date with developments in clean room technology, privacy regulations, and data security practices. Contribute to creating best practices, documentation, and process improvements related to clean room workflows.Embody our Culture and Values



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 2+ years experience in media technology, adtech/martech, or digital marketing.Experience in clean room, establishing audience tech tools and segment creation.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
