Within CO+I, we are accountable for the delivery of our cloud infrastructure, which has scaled significantly in the past five years, through building our own data centers and leasing data centers through third parties. Due to the scale and pace of our growth, we are exploring new and exciting ways to manage and develop our business.
We are seeking a seasoned Lease Program Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our Microsoft CO+I Lease and Land portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of datacenter lease agreements and contracts combined with a solid understanding of the datacenter leasing project lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with the datacenter lessors and internal Microsoft teams to support datacenter acquisition. A successful candidate will have a curious mindset and address challenges systemically with a clear orientation towards achieving desired outcomes, even in dynamic and complex environments.
The role will also be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of portfolio-wide strategic initiatives and programs, with a focus on streamlining processes, enhancing development and analytics capabilities, and enabling business scalability.
Responsibilities
Drive the execution of strategies aligned with company priorities within approved timelines while resolving issues by cross functional teams. Identify and scopes opportunities to improve processes and reportingLeverages appropriate data, metrics and reporting to drive strategy and improvement.Develop, maintain and advocate for the utilization of playbooks, responsible / accountable / consulted / informed (RACIs), tools, policies, guidelines, and processes. Monitor feedback to improve performance and recommend innovative solutions by engaging withEnsure Real Estate portfolio efficiently supports business requirements. Evaluate processes, collaborate with business partners and strategic vendors, review industry innovations, and recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field, AND 3+ years relevant experience. OR 5+ years equivalent experience.
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred or Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 5+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience OR 7+ years equivalent experience.

Real Estate Portfolio Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
