The Planning and Launch team is looking for a for an individual to join our team as the newest Launch Manager to manage launch initiatives. This position is responsible for leading across all facets of launch from the creation of project plans & team structure to the final delivery. In this role, the individual will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and lead relevant discussions to operationalize the work that directly impacts the business vision and strategy. Once impacts are assessed and plans are built, this role will lead a launch to bring these changes to market, tracking risks/issues, providing status, tracking critical path and ultimately ensuring excellence in delivery.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 2+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experienceOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multinational environment Operations experienceExperience developing continuous improvement strategy & delivery against agreed objectivesDemonstrated ability to work under and deliver to continual deadline constraints is essentialNegotiation skills with an ability to impact and influence at senior levelExperience managing short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrentlyDemonstarted understanding of financial principals and working with Finance stakeholdersMBA is a plus
Launch Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
