Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions & Platform organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI solutions for healthcare. We are building AI solutions for physicians that transform the way they deliver care and empower them to enhance efficiency, reduce cognitive burden, and improve patient outcomes. To support the expansion of our Dragon international business, we are seeking to hire a Senior International Integration Lead who will be accountable for the technical delivery of international EHR connectors from our partners through our existing services teams (Partner Development and Partner Success).

Responsibilities

Drive alignment with EMR partners and connector developers on integration requirements, issue resolution, and connector delivery for prioritized EU/UK EPRs. Serve as the escalation point for all international barriers to achieving successful integration. Oversee requirements for new partner-facing customization tools that meet international technical and self-service needs, collaborating closely with product teams.Validate a partner workflow meets the needs of customers and their clinicians varied technical and clinical use casesCollaborate with EHR partners to determine if HL7/FHIR or other standard based integration methods are viable, and work with engineering teams to expand our standards-based integration capabilities.Represent technical requirements unique to international markets for new features, with emphasis on SNOMED and ICD-10 medical coding standards.Act as the primary internal liaison for international integration, coordinating across Partner Success Organization and engineering teams to deliver embedded solutions on time and to quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Healthcare IT related fields.Proven experience in project management, healthcare integration, or engineering for healthcare enterprise solutions.Experience integrating healthcare IT solutions with HL7/FHIR to EU/UK EHRsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage program/product managers at healthcare informatics companies.Track record of cross-functional leadership across technical operations, engineers, and product management.Solid understanding of clinical documentation.Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in project management, product management or engineering.Experience with international medical coding (SNOMED, ICD10)
