Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, the Global Project Controls (GPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The Microsoft portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build the cloud datacenters that power the world’s largest online services.Global Project Controls (GPC) is looking for an Integrated Planning Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive impact across our global Data Center project portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally, transform data into insights using tools like PowerBI, and craft detailed plans that empower teams to execute with precision. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Washington DC. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates should relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50% from home.

Collaborate and Support various Data Center (DC) Integrated business planning, reporting and benchmarking initiatives.Actively contribute to DC Capacity planning and delivery operations.Assist with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) template development, governance, activity coding and management.Support standardization of processes, procedures, guidelines, and workflows across all the regions (AMER, APAC and EMEA).Be responsible for review and validation of schedules and collection of all pertinent data from the schedules.Identify, consolidate and develop reliable source(s) of information.Understand and map information flow between various applications and tools for effective integration.Coordinate with EPC stakeholders and integrate reporting requirements.Be responsible for creation, distribution and maintenance of executive level reports to the leadership team.Draft standard processes and procedure guidelines.Develop workflows and process maps.Plan and manage partnering workshops with EPC stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Support implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and execute Objective and Key Results (OKRs) for DC portfolio.Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in EPC Construction Planning and Scheduling, Program Management, and/or Data AnalysisOR equivalent experience3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
