As the Sr. Manager of CISO Programs you will develop and execute engagement programs that strengthen Microsoft's relationships with security leaders at the world's top enterprises. You will set ambitious goals for your programs, measuring its impact on security leader perceptions, engagement, and acts of advocacy, and more. Reporting to the Director of Security Experiences, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of enterprise cybersecurity by understanding and addressing the evolving needs of top security leaders. Responsibilities

• Develop and scale Microsoft's global CISO engagement strategy, aligning it with the company's overall security vision and objectives.

• Design and implement impactful engagement programs and initiatives that foster strong, long-lasting relationships with CISOs and their teams.

• Partner with internal CISO relationship owners to execute engagements that nurture our most strategic enterprise CISO.

• Manage in-person engagements with our senior security leaders and decision makers (CISO/CxO, C-1) audiences at events, industry alliances and other forums.

• Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize the CISO engagement strategy, measure program effectiveness, and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Drive impact through other teams: Create and lead partnerships with multiple matrixed teams; Become a trusted advisor to internal partners and stakeholders; Hold teams accountable to develop an engagement plan that builds trust with customers, partners, and the field.

• Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); track performance against success metrics and proactively act on performance.

• Live our culture; Embody our values; Practice our leadership principles.

• Identify opportunities to expand Microsoft's influence and thought leadership among senior security executives, and Boards of Directors.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align CISO programs with broader Microsoft initiatives.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experienceOR equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience creating and executing customer marketing engagement programs for senior security leaders and decision-makers (CISOs, C-1) or senior technology executives (CTO, CIO or other CXO titles).Additional or preferred qualifications

Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related fieldAND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.Demonstrated customer-centricity with a deep understanding of the priorities, challenges, and pain points facing today's CISOs and security executives.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience developing and executing strategic programs and customer engagement initiatives.Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decision making.Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build through ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and other teams to align programs with broader organizational initiatives and goals.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-informed decision making.Commitment to lifelong learning, with a demonstrated bias towards action.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
