Description
We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic-minded Integrated Marketing Communications Lead to support the continued evolution of our integrated marketing approach in AI and Industry. This role will focus on AI and Industry marketing initiatives targeting Business Decision Makers (BDMs). You will orchestrate planning, communication, and execution across Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Channel teams—ensuring alignment on priorities, reducing redundancy, and driving greater collective impact. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining shared plans and status updates to eliminate disconnects and create stronger alignment across teams.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Collaborate across Product Marketing and integrated marketing leads and content strategists to align on integrated marketing support as part of broader integrated marketing plans.Support the continued evolution of our AI and Industry integrated marketing approach, creating consistency and predictability in execution.Develop and maintain shared planning documents, dashboards, and status trackers to ensure transparency and alignment.Formalize meeting rhythms, reporting cadences, and communication templates to streamline cross-team collaboration.Create compelling internal communications and executive-ready presentations to highlight priorities, launch moments, and performance updates.Track post-launch metrics and performance, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience working within large corporate environments or marketing/communications agencies, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cross-functional teams.Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
