Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. Our mission is to deliver capacity for all cloud services predictably through intelligent systems driven by continuous learning and a world class organization. The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Business Planning Manager to join our Microsoft Cloud Planning (MCP) which serves as the core planning function within CSCP, concentrating on forecasting, capacity/demand planning, and hardware planning for all Microsoft Cloud services and associated hardware. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team under MCP drives the monthly planning process, and executive reviews across supply chain, finance, data center operations, and engineering groups to align on plans, identify/mitigate risk and drive decision making.

As Senior Integrated Business Planning Manager, you will be working on key projects, business initiatives and running team RoB.

• Lead key assigned strategic initiatives for the organization along with a project / cross functional team

• Represent IBP team in cross-org initiatives, and partner with internal teams on actions and deliverables

• Develop and execute on weekly and monthly RoB for the IBP organization

• Interface with capacity planning, manufacturing, deployment, sourcing, logistics, finance, data center operations and engineering on special projects to solve problems, and build processes & tools

• Collect, synthesize, and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies, and decision making for executives

• Bring in thought leadership to help management in building vision, and aligning with stakeholders



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering Data Analytics, Business Operations, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR equivalent experience.4+ years of program management/consulting in supply chainOther Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR equivalent experience.Proficient in business tools (e.g. word, power point slides), analytical tools (Excel modeling, SQL, etc.), and able to generate quality outputsAbility to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes3+ years experience in Management Consulting or Cloud / high tech supply chainDemonstrated influencing skills and ability to build relationships across multiple layers in the organizationIntegrated Business Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
