Description

As an Inclusion Networks Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Microsoft’s culture of inclusion by enabling employee-led Inclusion Networks and their global chapters. You’ll provide resources, guidance, and advocacy that empower communities to thrive, while ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s culture and business strategy.

Reporting to the Director of Inclusion Networks, you will directly influence how inclusion comes to life at Microsoft. You’ll partner with network leaders, executive sponsors, and business stakeholders to ensure these employee-led groups are empowered, connected, and equipped to deliver high-impact, enterprise-aligned outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of culture, community, and strategy. By driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency and scalability, and amplifying employee voice, you will make Inclusion Networks a strategic lever for innovation, performance, and impact across the company. Community Enablement - Guide and support Inclusion Networks and their chapters to deliver scalable programming that advances culture, engagement, and inclusion. Provide leaders with coaching, tools, and resources to sustain impact and build thriving communities.

Governance and Alignment- Strengthen the governance and infrastructure of Inclusion Networks to ensure consistency, accountability, and alignment across geographies and business groups. Establish models that enable sustainable operations and reinforce Microsoft’s culture and inclusion strategy.

Executive Sponsor and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and deepen relationships with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to ensure effective partnership and visible advocacy. Facilitate connections between sponsors, network leaders, HR partners, and the Culture & Inclusion team to amplify impact and secure enterprise alignment.

Operational Excellence and AI Enablement: Build and evolve scalable models, playbooks, and frameworks that reduce the burden on volunteer leaders while enabling consistent execution. Leverage AI and agentic solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and generate actionable insights—ensuring responsible use and compliance.

Insights and Integration: Track engagement, community health, and enterprise impact through both qualitative and quantitative data. Use findings to inform decisions, guide future investments, and shape systemic interventions. Partner with the Systemic Change & Solutions team and Practice Leaders to integrate identity-informed insights into Microsoft’s broader culture transformation.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Human Resources or business experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Human Resources or businessOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience in HR consulting, employee relations, or labor relations, with demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment.2+ years experience in conflict management, change management, and stakeholder influence across complex organizations.2+ years experience with business acumen with the ability to connect cultural priorities to enterprise strategy and outcomes.Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting employee communities and leaders, with a track record of building trust and enabling impact at scale.Fluency with AI and agentic solutions, with experience applying them to enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and generate insights.

Analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.

Diversity & Inclusion IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
