Microsoft’s Event Creative Experiences (ECE) Team mission is to design, ideate and architect creative experiences for Microsoft’s business-to-business events, which deliver value to our customers, build brand love and empower audiences to achieve more. We aim to drive operational excellence within the organization and deliver breakthrough creative programming for Microsoft’s flagship event portfolio around the globe.The ECE portfolio covers events of various sizes and complexities, both in terms of audience size & composition, first party & third party, and delivery methodologies. This Immersive and Interactive Experiences Lead
role will lead experiences and design throughout ideation, development, production, and execution phases of every assigned project.
We are seeking a creative and high-performing individual to lead our Immersive and Interactive Experiences Program for events such as Build, Ignite, AI Tour and more. The ultimate purpose of this role is to create new attendee-facing activations, leveraging world-class immersive and interactive technology. This role is pivotal in developing unique, creative, and engaging experiences tailored for business and technical senior decision-makers.
As the leader of the program, you’ll aim to develop a standardized and re-deployable framework of onsite, online and hybrid immersive and interactive experience; that can be creatively interwoven into our event footprints, based on psychographic insights, behavioral data, and other market research. Furthermore, this role will continuously evolve the framework to complement and enhance our existing event activations both onsite and online.
In this role, you will lead strategy and oversee the deployment of these experiences across our Microsoft event portfolio. Additionally, this role will focus on creating and facilitate tailored, impactful, customer-centric programs between key decision-makers, key partners, and Microsoft leaders, addressing specific business challenges and galvanizing senior relationships.

Lead the end-to-end development of immersive and interactive first to market Business to Business (B2B) experiences that drive enterprise understanding and adoption of Microsoft products and services. Craft compelling creative and technology storytelling, that simplifies complex product narratives and resonates with business professional customers. Collaboare with creative agencies, technologists, cross-functional stakeholders and global teams to bring innovative ideas to life across digital and physical events. Design and execute hybrid customer journeys that combine immersive 3D environments, interactive design and real-world experiential activations. Translate technical capabilities into engaging, educational experiences using digital immersive storytelling and narrative design. Leverage AI-driven personalized and creative innovation solutions to deliver tailored, scalable experiences for commercial audiences. Own and independently manage programs and projects from concept to launch with high degree of autonomy, creative freedom and accountability. Develop in-real-life event strategies and experiential activations that turn enterprise product education into memorable, high-impact moments. Pilot bold, experimental approaches that push the boundaries of how Microsoft technologies are introduced, explored and embraced within our audiences. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications3+ years business to business, business to consumer, digital, or experiential/event marketing experience OR equivalent experience. Experience in designing and executing high-level immersive and interactive programs.Experience in event management.Experience in the technology industry. Experience creating impactful experiential programs that support customer engagement and interactions.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Performing Arts, or related field AND 6+ years business to business, business to consumer, enterprise technology, digital, or experiential/event marketing experience in the technology industry OR equivalent experience. 5+ years marketing experience in a large multinational organization or creative/media agency.Experience working cross functionally successfully.
Events IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
