Join us and become a vital part of the Human Resources (HR) organization, as we continue to develop our HR Core which is the foundation for driving AI Empower HR and Employee experiences. With a great partnership with SAP and the opportunities that Co-Pilot brings we are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager, SuccessFactors. You will be a transformative leader with deep experience in SuccessFactors to drive implementation.You will lead our HR Core Solution Team and with your deep experience of SuccessFactors you will be instrumental in driving a set of projects to complete migration, manage releases, testing, configuration changes and maximizing Employee Central (EC) modules & features. You and your team will work with process and service delivery owners on implementing changes that unlock opportunities and will work through a set of identified backlog projects to achieve a fully realized End-to-End solution. You will lead the transition in how we work to increase agility to ensure we can keep pace with the changes across the enterprise and leverage the new opportunities the SAP/Microsoft relationship provides. You will be partnering closely with SAP, HR process owners, Microsoft product groups and our Digital support teams.

Leads teams to develop and drive release plans and strategies (e.g., plans, configuration and HR readiness) and consider launch inputs, requirements, risks/issues, impact, and scenarios to capture a working launch plan. Coaches HR Policy & Process leads on planning SAP EC SuccessFactors releases and recommendations on implementation to minimize customization. Drives the governance and removes roadblocks with broader, high-impact stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Microsoft (e.g., tax, finance, legal, business planning, operations, engineering, marketing) to ensure successful execution against planned launch and capability deliverables. Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors changes and enhancements across the HR Eco-system whilst ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the HR core environment. Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Assists the process of requirements gathering for Human Resources (HR) programs; helps identify risks, issues, and barriers in project execution. Develops teams to evaluate launch risks landscape and leads teams in communicating risks to internal and external stakeholders. Provides guidance to teams to develop mitigation plans or acceptance of risks. Manages responses to data subject requests (DSRs) by handling escalations and providing guidance on compliance to established guidelines and regulations; partners with operational stakeholders to ensure data stewardship (i.e., documentation, classification and compliance); conducts data privacy reviews.
Release & Configureation Management (Post Launch)
Holds HR Process and Delivery teams accountable for evaluating the success for complex, high impact launches post execution. Ensures teams obtain feedback from partners and customers to deeply understand. Leads teams to examine complex, high impact launches throughout the hyper care window period of 30/60/90 days to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth running. Provides guidance to teams to prepare for the transition to Sustain phase after the window. Leads teams to monitor post-launch health, drive user adoption, and introduce interventions based on thematic problems. Provides guidance to teams to support escalations and provides inputs to HR process leads. Change Management
Leads Human Resources (HR) system domains in a focus area as a subject matter expert and monitors system performance, issue prioritization, coordination of system releases, implementation of release management, and readiness for system changes. Partners across teams to engage and prepare audiences and evaluate results of the changes/adoptions. Develops information and guidelines that is shared through various tools and employee platforms Special Projects
Leads teams' development on SAP SuccessFactors Module, Features and future roadmap development. Leads working with key Microsoft programs on features intake and requests to SAP – inclusive of Co-Pilot scenarios Manages Human Resources (HR) system domains in a focus area as a subject matter expert and monitors system performance, issue prioritization, coordination of system releases, implementation of release management, and readiness for system changes. Provides business analysis through system telemetry and provides insights for optimization projects to inform business decisions aimed at reducing costs and improving quality. Assist in creating plans and assigns resources (internal or external) for business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including writing and executing test scenarios and test cases, generating test data, troubleshooting bugs, confirming resolutions, and signing off on the product system readiness for launch. Supports in developing business cases; partners with program owners and operations stakeholders for current and future business process documentation to support planning and design stages of new solution development. Participates in the design, implementation, and monitoring of preventative and detective internal controls and related processes; partners with Microsoft Digital (MSD) to understand Information Technology (IT) interface controls and onboard business data validation controls. A deep proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development AND 6+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR equivalent experience. SAP SuccessFactors Certified.3+ years of people management experience in HR Core Team leadership and demonstrated track record of leading successful teams.5+ years of Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects in Employee Central and Onboarding.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development AND 12+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR equivalent experience. Launch Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
