Description
We are hiring a strategic Senior HR Business Partner, Global Experiences & Platform to join our HR team and partner closely with the GXP (Global Experiences and Platform) organization. The Global Experiences & Platform (GXP) organization is dedicated to empowering every person on the planet to achieve more through products that help them create, connect, organize, and get things done. The organization is comprised of three product teams: Outlook, Alps, and Time + Places, as well as four portfolio teams: Engineering Systems, India Development Center (IDC), Software Technology Center Asia (STCA) in China, and the User Experience (X3), a design and research organization.This role will be pivotal in driving organizational design and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. The candidate will have a background in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business executives, leaders, and teams to develop strategies that drive productivity and growth. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)OR equivalent experience.5+ years experience in organizational design5+ years experience in organizational development5+ years experience in leadership development5+ years experience in strategic HR partnership5+ years experience in talent management5+ years experience in change management 5+ years experience in executive level stakeholder managementPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 12+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)OR equivalent experience.Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Advanced project management skills.
HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
