We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Manager to join us! You’ll report to our HR Chief of Staff and work closely with a subset of our HR team, collaborating with other business managers to:

Strategic Impact & Business Operations
Lead planning and execution rhythms that align with corporate and organizational goals.Architect and drive the Rhythm of Business (ROB), enabling senior leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.Ensure compliance and privacy standards are upheld across all business operations.Leadership Enablement & Trusted Advisory

Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management) AND 5+ years’ experience in financial management, project management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related rolesOR equivalent experience.3+ years program management experienceAdditional or Preferred Qualifications
Power-user of Teams and PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI (Business Insights), AI tools a plus. Experience with large scale change management and CoachingBusiness Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
