Responsibilities
Deliver best-in-class Product Data Management Engineering to transform and standardize Networking Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, procedures, and automation supporting the Microsoft Cloud deployment pipeline. Partner with engineering and supply-chain stakeholders across enterprise-class networking technologies to develop product designs that enable large-scale BareMetal and cloud hardware deployments. Create and govern configurations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and PLM artifacts required to procure, manufacture, and deploy networking hardware at global scale. Lead and oversee end-to-end Engineering Change Management (ECM) for networking products across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining lifecycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in program management.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Computer Science, IT operations, Engineering, science, or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in program management, operations, engineering, and/or systems development
Hardware Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
