Description
OverviewThe Xbox Game Studios Publishing team responsible for the recently released Ninja Gaiden 4, Microsoft Flight Simulator and Ori and the Will of the Wisps is seeking an experienced Senior Producer. This is a great opportunity to join a creative and motivated team of people driving world-class game development that sets the standard for entertainment across a growing family of devices including Xbox and Windows 10.
We are looking for a Senior Producer with diverse experience and a fresh perspective to join our team. If you have technical and/or live operations production experience in shipping high-quality video games, as well as a deep understanding of the development process and project management best practices, we strongly encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Executive Producers to drive effective teamwork with both internal and external teams. Engaging with a wide range of disciplines and subject matter experts, you'll play a key role in influencing feature development, product publishing, and important cross-team partnerships.

Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external teams to define clear schedules, goals, and milestone targets.
Drive timely, high quality deliverables by tracking progress and ensuring expert feedback is prioritized and addressed.
Anticipate risks early and collaborate on mitigation plans before issues escalate.
Support the Executive Producer with production processes and effective stakeholder communication.
Coordinate milestone reviews and feedback loops to ensure a smooth, inclusive evaluation process.
Schedule and participate in meetings, facilitate build reviews, and clearly communicate action items to stakeholders.
Build relationships with development studios to maintain reliable, timely information flow across teams.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on live operations strategies from production through post launch.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadershipOR equivalent experience.Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.2+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in a production role with 2+ shipped, high-quality games.Experience working with internal publishing and external beta tests.Deep understanding of the development process and practical project management skills.Highly organized, with a history of managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams.Skilled at identifying, prioritizing, and solving nuanced problems with measurable impact. Self-driven and effective in fast-paced environments, consistently pushing work toward successful outcomes. Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
