Assist with project planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking using Azure DevOps.Coordinate across development, QA (Quality Assurance), advertising operations, and localization teams to ensure timely delivery of game features and updates.Manage shared services between different production teams.Contribute to process automation efforts across the studio with ADO (Azure DevOps) and Power Automate and AI workflows.Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions; maintain clear documentation and reporting.Help track and report on project health, risks, and dependencies using dashboards and Azure DevOps analytics.Embody our Culture & Values
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership OR equivalent experience.
Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.2+ years of experience in game production, project management, or program management roles working with both internal and external teams.Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, including work item tracking, reporting, and automation.Familiarity with casual games.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with process automation tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Expertise coordinating with QA teams.Familiarity with advertising technologies.Experience with Unity, HTML5 games, or Microsoft Casual Games titles.Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards and Pipelines).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate and Logic Apps.Eagerness to learn production tools and workflows in a collaborative environment.Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Game Producers IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
