Lead architecture, design, development and deployment of innovative Hardware / firmware Security solutions that deliver competitive advantage and scale our business growth.Collaborate with hardware and software teams to architect and build highly scalable and reliable solutions for cloud scale workloads.Oversee the evaluation and selection of 3rd party Hardware, Security solutions, and proactively drive roadmap for next generation security solutions. Manage successful delivery of projects.Recruit, manage and mentor a team of developers that own full product lifecycle from incubation to global production managementEmbody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.5+ years of professional experience leading and managing large engineering teams.Experience with technologies such as low level firmware development, device driver, protocol development in Embedded Systems with Rust/C OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Firmware Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
