Our team is responsible for finance-wide leadership of key processes and technical analyses. Process leadership includes coordinating hundreds of controllers, across dozens of businesses and channels, through our core rhythms, such as financial data management (managerial accounting to interpret results and support business decisions on resource allocation) and planning (target-setting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting). Analytical leadership includes assessment of company-wide impact related to foreign exchange rate fluctuations, statutory tax exposure, cash flow and capital strategy, consolidated forward-looking guidance, valuation of businesses for accounting and strategy, and financial benchmarking across peer companies and the technology landscape. Our stakeholders comprise the Board of Directors, Wall Street analysts and shareholders, the Senior Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, and Executive VPs), executive staff (Corporate VPs), finance leadership (CFOs and controllers), and functional teams across the company (Corporate Strategy and central teams).

As a Sr. Finance Manager on our Data Management team, you will create close partnerships and utilize your knowledge of financial processes, data, and tools to improve the user experience for finance business partners.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology and is responsible for shaping how financial information is planned, managed, and reported across the company. Successful candidates will bring a unique blend of financial expertise, business acumen, and technical curiosity. They are passionate about understanding how financial data flows through complex ecosystems and how those systems enable critical business decisions across the organization.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial planning, reporting, and analytics. You will partner closely with Finance teams across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Engineering to evaluate and operationalize evolving business needs, including new business models, performance metrics, financial disclosures, and analytical requirements. Your work will help ensure that financial systems, processes, and data structures continue to scale alongside the business while delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights

Example responsibilities:

Financial Knowledge: Gain end-to-end understanding of financial processes, tools, and data flow as well as roles across finance, accounting, engineering, services, etc. that are part of end-to-end business processes.Business partnership: Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to proactively influence accurate master data and hierarchies to support measuring business success and planning/forecasting processes.Process excellence: Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and better business decisions.Protect: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy and consistency of financial data and business processes. Drive internal controls and corrective measures where necessary,Engineering Engagement: Provide underlying business requirements and link business, financial and technical needs to proactively ensure accurate data and internal/external reporting.Project management: Proven ability to project-manage multiple projects seamlessly and effectively.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity / experience with core Microsoft financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.Demonstrated strength in process and project managementDetail oriented & thorough, with the ability to think “big picture”Strong analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects/priorities, excel in an ambiguous environment, and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectivesStrong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform skills preferred (ie: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Ability to perform with AIAdapts to ambiguity and fast-paced change, applying system thinking and strategic perspective to solve complex problems.Brings energy for a high-performing team culture, working through large-scale challenges, delivering fast with quality and a growth mindset.Builds trusted partnerships across finance and business teams to uncover opportunities, deliver insights, and support decision-making.Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset, translating analysis into actionable cross-functional solutions and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
