Services Finance organization works across all Microsoft products & services and influences sales teams world-wide.
We are looking for an Finance Manager for FP&A team to be at the center of leading and driving the financial processes for the organization. This includes planning, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and financial data management. The role requires partnering with executives and various finance teams across the company to provide decision support and drive business outcomes.
In this role you will proactively partner with both finance and business leaders to drive global impact with the goal of optimizing resources, maximizing revenue, margin, and market share.

Provide timely, relevant, and accurate management reporting through dashboards and presentations.Leading Ryhtm of Business with close ,forecast and MBR and preparation of leadership slides for close ,forecast and planningDrive insightful analysis of financial and business metrics to support and drive business decisions.Conceptualize and design new approaches and metrics for collecting and evaluating relevant financial data.Ensure strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance.Direct a comprehensive system of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.Trusted Business Partnership to Customer Success Unit (CSU) team for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and revenueSolve Complex Business Problems, Effective Collaboration and Clear Storytelling
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.1+ years experience in project management, financial analysis, data management on P&L and cost OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skillsFinancial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
