We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Small and Medium Business to join the TSI Finance team to drive revenue modeling and provide deep channel insights. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute towards Microsoft’s philanthropic commitment. In this role you will closely partner with the TSI Sales team to deliver sustainable revenue growth, support the finance rhythm of business (RoB), provide insights to support business investment decisions, and effectively communicate the business results.

Prioritize

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience with financial modeling, analysis, planning and reporting tools and systemsDemonstrated communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with management and business partnersExperience translating financial analysis into meaningful and actionable business insights and recommendationsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other similar financial analysis toolsFinancial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
