Join the AI Business Solutions Revenue Planning team and help shape the future of work in the era of AI!

Our team delivers data‑driven insights that guide strategic decisions across pricing, packaging, business development, and new product investments for the Microsoft 365 (M365), Dynamics 365 (D365), and Copilot portfolio. We support all commercial segments—from Enterprise to SMB—by building and evolving frameworks such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and Long‑Range Planning. These models provide clarity to complex challenges and enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.

We partner closely with Business Planning, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy. From framing decisions for Microsoft 365 Copilot to evaluating investments in new AI capabilities, our work plays a critical role in supporting innovation and accelerating impact.

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager, to support the long‑term revenue growth strategy for M365 Copilot. If you are comfortable navigating evolving business needs and have experience in financial modeling, strategic decision‑making, and influencing business direction, this role may be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

Competitive & Market Analysis:

Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess industry trends, benchmark offerings, and conduct comprehensive customer and market research.

M365 Copilot Pricing & Packaging:

Define SKU lineups, evaluate the financial impact of new features, products, and business models, and support long‑term business model sustainability.

Agent Monetization:

Develop business models and monetization frameworks for the next wave of AI agentic value, incorporating finance principles into strategic decisions.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and manage long‑range revenue plans, provide financial modeling to inform leadership decisions, and support investment prioritization.

Job Requirements:

Experience applying analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated expertise in financial modelingAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and well‑structured business casesAbility to manage detailed analyses while maintaining perspective on broader business strategyAble to work independently, navigate evolving priorities, and manage multiple workstreams effectivelyEffective communicator with experience influencing senior leadership

Required/minimum qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field ORBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications:Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience ORBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
