Description

The Marketing Finance team is hiring Senior Finance Manager, Media & Partnerships to support our Media and Strategic partnerships execution and drive analytics towards outcomes supporting the Engines & Experiences organization. This role will work across both commercial and consumer constituents and scale/develop investment frameworks for Marketing that use ROI to drive optimization and resource allocation decisions in this space.The Functional Marketing Finance team is part of the Marketing Finance team. This team provides finance support, analysis, and partners closely with Marketing stakeholders to drive strategic prioritization, thought leadership, and resource trade-off decisions with the goal of increasing marketing investment ROI.

Partnership: Engage closely with business leaders in Media and Marketing experiences orgs to analyze marketing investments, drive insights, and influence investment prioritization. Work across consumer marketing & finance teams to drive a connected media execution framework.Thought Leadership: Bring a culture of outcomes to incubate innovative marketing frameworks with a focus on return on investment. Address cross functional media execution priorities partner across business and finance to align on approach and develop methods to leverage best-in-class technology to accomplish goals. Communicate results in a logical, compelling, and understandable message.Drive data informed decision making and systematic solutions, communicate effectively with executives, and collaborate well across all levels of the commercial and marketing organization across forums Prepare financial forecasts and support ROB and planning cycles. Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and recurring reporting deliverables.Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to business partners to strengthen forecast accuracy, drive accountability, and help build financial discipline and operating rhythms across the team.Drives a compliant culture through actions and decisions to instill trust. Advocates, educates, and promotes best practices and new developments. Champions Microsoft privacy, security, and ethical standards. Advances key compliance initiatives. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience in a matrix-based organizationPreferred Qualifications:Work experience in (or supporting) a marketing organizationCrisp communication skills (both verbal and written), demonstrating ability and interest in storytelling with dataProficiency in Microsoft Technology including Excel and Power BIStructured Query Language (SQL), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)Positive and inclusive team member with a desire to excel both personally and professionallyDemonstrated collaborator with the desire and ability to partner and influence the businessEffective problem solver with a demonstrated ability to thrive in highly ambiguous situationsAttention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAble to embrace a growth mindset with the ability to make process and business recommendations
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
