The Azure & Server Net Revenue Finance team is hiring a Finance Manager to own Licensing business rhythms—monthly close, forecasting, and planning—and deliver clear, executive-ready insights. This role will also drive strategic Azure analytics that fuel Cloud growth. You will build partnerships across various finance teams to broaden your business performance expertise and synthesize insights into key themes and messages for executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead the processes for planning, forecasting, and monthly close, delivering sharp, compelling insights to numerous leadership teams for the Licensing business.Partner with Microsoft Commercial and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), Accounting & Central Finance Team (CFT) to drive consolidated views of Licensing performance, understand business drivers and rev rec components that impact results, and lead forecast and target discussions, including preparation for executive reviews.Partner closely with Azure Business Health teams to build data driven analytics and insights between Server trends and migration to Cloud.Build deep analysis into on-premises business drivers and work closely with Central team and CFT to articulate key strategies, priorities, and opportunities for growth during earnings release cycles.Own timely Rhythm of Business (ROB) process delivery and reporting infrastructure.How You Do It Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.Partnering, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, influencing others without direct authority and appropriately pushing back when required.Organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, sometimes under tight deadlines.Effective oral and written communication skills at various levels of the organization.Process management skills with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
