OverviewOur Azure AI Partnerships team is an exciting and fast-paced finance organization at the forefront of Microsoft’s cloud growth with our key AI customers. We partner deeply with Microsoft engineering and business development teams to build strategic AI deals that deliver maximum value. 
We are looking for an Azure AI Partnerships Senior Finance Manager to help support Azure deal-making for Microsoft’s largest AI customers. This role will leverage extensive financial modeling experience to find solutions for complex, and often ambiguous challenges. This role is also responsible for partnering across internal and external stakeholders to establish business models and pricing frameworks that are mutually beneficial for Microsoft and our AI customers.

Creating robust and detailed financial models to evaluate complex transactions and determine negotiations guardrailsEngaging with internal and external stakeholders to clearly define technical requirements and discuss the financial impact of business decisionsCollaborating with Business Development, Engineering, and other teams to gather inputs and support financial deal-makingProviding clear communication on financial terms for complex, first-of-their-kind engagements, balancing business objectives with risk management Embody our culture and values

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience building Excel models and data analysisPreferred Qualifications
Investment banking or corporate development experiencePassionate about the technology industry, AI, and ability to engage in technical discussionsWritten and verbal communication skills, enabling simple communication of complex topics to an executive audienceAnalytical skills and strategic thinking Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at a fast pace Business partnering capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others to align on a shared outcomeAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
