As a Finance Director, MCAPS at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and performance within the Go To Market Strategy Finance team. We are looking for an experienced finance leader who can proactively partner with both finance and business leaders to drive global impact with the goal of optimizing resources, maximizing revenue, margin, and market share. We will empower and inspire you to lead and be a top performer while providing diverse career opportunities. This highly visible role requires partnering with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders in Sales, Offerings, Pricing and MCAPS Finance.
The position will report to the Head of Go To Market Strategy Finance leader and will lead a sizeable team. You will be a key part of the Services Finance Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales revenue and Pricing strategy for Unified Base, Enhanced Solutions and Industry Solutions. Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.Manage financial reporting and analysis to gather key insights on business health, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business initiatives.Manage and develop a team of 5 to 6 individual contributors through application of our management philosophy of Model, Coach and Care.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in project management, Financial analysis, strategic or relationship management role.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve resultsDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
Financial Analysis M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
