Overview:
The FastTrack team is seeking a FastTrack Architect (FTA) passionate about accelerating AI adoption and strengthening Microsoft 365 through advanced AI and security solutions. In this role, you will help top enterprise customers deploy and implement innovative strategies that leverage AI and secure cloud technologies to address complex business challenges. You will work closely with Microsoft field sales and delivery teams to deliver transformative outcomes for our customers and continuously enhance our products
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will engage with Microsoft’s most complex and strategic customers to accelerate their adoption of AI and security within Microsoft 365. Your role is to:
Capture customer intentTranslate it into actionable deployment plansDeliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximise business value while mitigating riskEnsure rapid deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 services to achieve the highest return on investment for the customerThis position requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership. You will engage directly with customer stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance on AI and security strategiesCollaborate with account teams, partners, and subject matter experts to drive successful outcomesYou will educate customers at a technical level, demonstrating and proving the value of Microsoft’s AI and security capabilitiesContinuously develop your knowledge across Microsoft and competitive cloud technologies

This role requires proven capabilities to define and execute strategies that accelerate customer deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion of Microsoft 365 with a strong focus on AI and security solutions, including Copilot and Microsoft 365 E5 SecurityThe successful candidate will engage directly with senior technical and business leaders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximise business value and minimise riskYou will collaborate with engineers, partners, and Microsoft field teams to map product capabilities to differentiated customer outcomes, ensuring rapid deployment and adoptionThe role demands expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment, security, and governance best practices, as well as awareness of competitive technologiesStrong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in pre-sales, project envisioning, planning, and deploymentAdditional responsibilities include influencing cross-group collaboration, shaping value propositions and enablement strategies, and presenting customer insights in regional review meetingsRequired:
Experience with leading peer teams and driving best practice sharingDemonstrate experience driving delivery excellence and ensuring a high standard of Data QualityProven ability influencing customer decision making through delivery knowledge/value discussionsAbility to act as a technical lead for peer architects in their area of expertise providing guidance on customer deliverables and architectureDemonstrate experience leading effective collaboration with sales and product teams to drive customer account growthTravel up to 50%Demonstrate experience leading Microsoft 365 deployment efforts with enterprise level customersDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite at L300 or higher, with strong focus on M365 Copilot, Chat, Extensibility, Threat Protection, Data Security and Windows 365 is requiredExperience working with customer insights to assist with driving product improvements through collaboration with product engineering teamsPreferred:
Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures, as well as certifications in AI and security technologies, is highly desirableEnterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology managementKnowledge of how to work with Microsoft Field teams and Partners in landing the Microsoft 365 platform with customers5+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactionsBachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite at L300 or higher, with strong focus on M365 Copilot, Chat, Extensibility, Threat Protection, Data Security and Windows 365 is required
