We are looking for a Partner Technical Consultant (PTC) to cultivate Microsoft Partner capabilities by facilitating the delivery of proactive consultative services to support their needs. You will support Partners to accelerate their sales cycle by helping them design, develop and deploy customer solutions based on Microsoft technologies and methodologies. Your primary focus will be supporting presales, driving skills transfer, adoption of Microsoft products & solutions, and deployment to help drive the partner business. Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
You proactively review partner feedback to understand satisfaction and dissatisfaction drivers, determine root causes, and establish recovery actions for improvement.Consultations:
You define customer/partner requirements using business, technology, and industry strategies.You guide partners in one-to-one consultations, providing solutions within primary or minor solution areas.You gather real-time partner feedback for planning teams.Operational Excellence:
You record labor in incident-management tools, document case status and maintain timely engagement with partners. Technical Expertise:
You proactively and continuously learn new technology in your respective solution area and build knowledge in additional solution areas.You collaborate with other Partner Technical Consultants (PTCs) by sharing experiences, best practices, and product news, as well as participating in relevant technical communities.Internal Collaboration:
You identify collaboration opportunities across solution areas and collaborate with Service Account Managers (SAMs) and potentially other stakeholders to find appropriate solutions for partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience OR 3+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience.1+ year(s) experience with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft platform)Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, as well as publishing Apps on App Source is an advantage.Good understanding of the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Project Operations.Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).Power Platform and Copilot Studio know-how are an advantage.Exposure to LOB integration scenarios with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce would be a plus.Current Microsoft certification(s) in the technologies supportedDemonstrate critical thinking and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer and partners relationships.Enjoy teamwork and actively contributing to their peer group as well as our partner account teams.Cloud adoption competency: Possess the knowledge and personal conviction to articulate value proposition of cloud technologies.Customer and Partner Focus: Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for Partners.Openness and willingness to learn multiple new technologies across different Solution Areas5 years of experience in supporting / consulting customers, partners or technical services related roles.Good product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.Experience developing and customizing solutions using X++ and Dynamics 365 F&O frameworks. Languages: native/fluent English are mandatory; French, Spanish, German, Italian and/or Portuguese is a plus. Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English, multi-language is a plus.
