Calendar Management: provide strategic calendar management and time planning support for two General Managers (GM), based on a deep understanding of each GM operating style (e.g., personal needs, allocation to business priorities) and in alignment with the Customer Solution Area (CSA) rhythm of the business.Travel Management: manage travel arrangements (e.g., accommodation, transportation, security) for GMs and/or leadership team; execute logistics of agenda (e.g., building visits agenda, briefing leader, sharing information with countries), and act as a stand-by resource to address issues during business travel. Rhythm of Business (RoB): support GMs and leadership team in execution of the business cadence (scheduling/meeting logistics) based on the deep understanding of rhythm of business (ROB), key stakeholders, and interdependencies within the business; recognize RoB patterns and propose improvements.Team Management Support: in collaboration with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and hiring managers facilitate recruitment, land on-boarding activities (e.g., new-hire equipment, workstations, distribution lists), support GMs and Security CSA lead Executive Assistant (EA) in managing headcount including transfers/departures, reporting, and transactions within headcount management tools.Event Coordination and Logistics: Supports planning, coordination, promotion, and support for internal and external events, act as a point of contact for unforeseen circumstances during events, and support event teams in post event close out (e.g., tracking event results/attendance, distributing post-meeting materials). Resource Management: oversee planning of equipment based on business needs; serve as interim approver for expense approvals and prepare expense reports on behalf of respective GMs, support the team in planning and reporting of discretionary budget (e.g., morale, hardware, supplies) and vendor and supply management. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: develop and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations (e.g., business-support professionals, Human Resources, Finance) to enable your leader and/or team's work; serve as a liaison between executives and teams. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)OR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.
