Description
Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a skilled Exec Business Administrator to provide support for the Lead Executive Assistant (EA) of CO+I Exec Office and their teams. This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have organizational and communication skills, be able to proactively anticipate needs and shift priorities quickly, be self-motivated, self-aware, and have the ability to balance a sense of humor with a sense of responsibility. Serve as backup support to the Lead EA and be an active part of the CO+I Business Support communityAssist Lead EA with day-to-day Corporate Vice President (CVP) Executive Office onsite operations.Team SharePoint and OneNote creation and/or maintenanceProcurement and management of supplies, hardware and assets.Space managementHeadcount management, post job requisitions, set up/onboard new hires.Facility requestsMaintain org Distribution List (DLs) and Security Groups (SGs) as neededEnsure compliance of operational policies and procedures.Coordinate other projects as assigned.Morale event planning and organizationDirectly resolves customer requests and hosts business guestsOrder (and deliver if needed) lunches for meetings.General Team support
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.2+years of work experience supporting a senior-level managerOther Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
