OverviewWe’re shaping a Frontier Marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and drives measurable impact.
The Global Marketing Engines and Experiences team is seeking an Executive Business Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support for up to two General Managers. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires someone who can think ten steps ahead, manage multiple priorities, and execute with precision and urgency.
This position requires the ability to take on a variety of roles, work in a dynamic environment, and consistently demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, enabling business outcomes through best-in-class calendar stewardship, executive engagement support, cross-organizational communication, travel management, resource oversight, and meaningful contributions to the overall organization.
Responsibilities
Executive Calendar & Time Management
Own strategic calendar management, aligning leader time with business prioritiesAnticipate conflicts, proactively adjust schedules, and drive effective time allocationEnsure leaders are well-prepared with agendas, briefing materials, and logisticsExecutive & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted partner and representative of leadership with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate cross-organizational communication and information flowPartner closely with Chiefs of Staff, Business Managers, HR, and key stakeholders to enable decision-makingOperational Excellence & Rhythm of Business (ROB)
Support and execute team and leadership rhythms, including staff meetings, reviews, and planning cadencesTrack follow-ups and action items to ensure alignment and execution across teamsContinuously improve processes and operational efficiencyCross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong partnerships across teams to support organizational initiativesNavigate ambiguity and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environmentAct as a liaison across organizations to support priorities and business outcomesTravel & Logistics Management
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logisticsProvide real-time support to leaders during travel and manage escalations as neededEvents & Team Engagement

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management. Additional or preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).Proficiency in MOS (Microsoft Office Suite), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Calendaring expertise, including managing complex schedules across senior leaders and time zones.Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead.Proven ability to act with a strong sense of urgency, balancing speed with accuracy.Self‑motivated and proactive, with a track record of independently driving tasks and seeing them through to completion.Direct, confident communicator who can move work forward, remove barriers, and help drive the processes needed to support business momentum.Experince in organizational and prioritization skillsEffective communication and stakeholder managementExpeience to influence and collaborate across teamsExpereince in Project and event management expertise Budgeting#EandEjobs
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour.
