This role requires complex calendaring skills, operational excellence, and professionalism.

Proactively manage a complex calendar including travel and strategic prioritization of appointments. Provide end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning. Help drive the ROB (Rhythm of Business) scheduling and team calendar items. Coordinate staff meetings, events and offsites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, and material preparation. Partner with the team’s Chief of Staff to effectively run the organization. Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities. Understanding of the team budget, including Purchase Orders and expenses, and morale costs. Manage vendor accounts as needed through Contractor Hub and My Order. Other Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 2+ years supporting an executive in a face-paced, corporate environment. Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training). 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.Interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills. Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and to solve routine problems proactively and effectively. The aptitude for rolling with changing circumstances (direction and strategy) while continuing to have professional and positive interactions. Ability to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short-notice, and take appropriate action Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions. Adaptable and work in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors internally and externally. Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism Organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
