We’re seeking an Engagement Program Manager for Experience Center One in Redmond Washington, our new headquarter facility built for executive briefings, to engage customers and build trust in our solutions. In this role you will bring collaboration, customer-obsession, and operational excellence to manage customer briefings end-to-end with consistently outstanding results. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs along their journey with Microsoft and provide guidance to design a high-impact briefing. By bringing together the right content, speakers and experiences, the customer will realize value from the engagement, ultimately building customer trust and increasing adoption of Microsoft solutions. You will do this as part of a team committed to Microsoft’s culture and an inclusive environment.

Manage, end-to-end, your portfolio of the executive briefing program by engaging with account teams to understand customer business goals and desired outcomes. Based on these, build compelling engagements, selecting from curated programming, speakers, and interactive technology experiences. Set expectations for briefing deliverables and ensure timeliness with key stakeholders. Integrate AI into daily workflows for process optimization, gathering insights about a customer, agenda optimization, analyzing customer feedback, and thus increasing impact with our customers and program. Utilize knowledge of Microsoft’s solutions and customer objectives in the management of executive briefings in collaboration with account, content, speaker, and operations teams. Drive the strategy and execution of the executive briefing program to achieve business goals. Maximize the impact of the center’s resources by applying program qualification and prioritization principles. Increase awareness of Microsoft’s customer engagement programs with internal stakeholders and sellers, demonstrating how they can engage our programs, across the customer journey, for increased business impact. Contribute to continuously improving our briefing program, using business intelligence and feedback to proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve across processes and systems to increase impact. Effectively apply the engagement management workflow and tools as well as scenario-based agenda templates to support scale and consistency. Support the inclusion of a global audience with an understanding of political, economic, and cultural norms. Engage in demand generation activities to ensure your program meets quarterly and yearly targets.Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in or around sales and/or marketing, working across multiple stakeholders (e.g. account teams, speakers, executive speakers, executive offices).Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as AI and cloud computing and/or Microsoft’s enterprise solutions. Experience with, or around, executives and executive offices. Demonstrated ability to set clear direction with account teams, and deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes. Experience in a role that involves operational excellence with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, ability to prioritize, and detail orientation. Experience working with stakeholders of various levels.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
