Responsibilities
The Enablement Lead focuses on driving high-value end-user adoption through planning and landing of global ISD changes. This role requires a collaborative business leader with change management experience, understanding of the Consulting delivery management disciplines, and the ability to influence in a highly matrixed environment. Partnering with your peers, the team will drive complex behavioral change by leading the planning and execution of change management strategies for assigned programs, facilitating interaction between internal teams and delivery teams, and landing key processes and tools within the organization. This role will implement and land programs within regions and areas, through effective change management and adoption.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and drive ongoing improvements in diverse customer, contracting, and Industry scenariosInfluences stakeholders to achieve impact through collaboration, presence, and effective communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environmentStrategic thinking with the proven capability to contribute and execute a delivery strategy that results in quality delivery outcomesExperience with diverse services businesses (Consulting, Premier and Offshore) functions is a plusProsci®, or other Change Management qualificationBachelor’s degree or higher qualification in computer science, operations, business administration, or equivalent years of experience6+ years of program or project management experience in IT, operations or businessKnowledge of our cloud platforms (Azure, M365, and D365) and how to manage usage of the resources in these clouds.10+ years in consulting services and project financial management.5+ years in managing agile development projects
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
