Description
OverviewXbox is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead global strategy for the Xbox Gaming & Devices ecosystem. This role drives product positioning, audience definition, and go-to-market plans for hardware and platform experiences, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap.

Responsibilities
Lead product marketing strategy for Xbox Platform and Devices, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.Develop global marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to drive adoption across key audiences.Champion customer insights to influence product roadmap and align with brand vision.Deliver integrated campaigns, sales enablement assets, and compelling product demos for major events.Manage product lifecycle, including launches and transitions.Collaborate across engineering, design, brand, sales, and PR to deliver unified narratives.Conduct market analysis and customer research to inform messaging.Provide business insights, manage budgets, and track performance against success metrics.Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team.Communicate plans and results confidently to senior leadership and global stakeholders.What We Value:

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree AND 8+ years in marketing, gaming, or technology-based roles.Proven experience in go-to-market planning, audience targeting, and lifecycle management.Proven ability to influence across disciplines and present with clarity.Experience in gaming, OEM, or hardware industries preferred.Broad technical background with general knowledge of silicon architecture across CPU and GPU Passion for gaming and understanding of consumer trends, lifestyle and entertainment marketing.Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change. Skill with mapping and aligning dependencies, stakeholders, defining success criteria, tracking execution, growing a team, and direct management of people.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
