Description

The AI Business Solutions (ABS) team is seeking a Director, Product Marketing - AI Business Solutions (ABS), to lead The Frontier Firm program. This is a unique opportunity to help organizations and individuals thrive in an era where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping every aspect of work and business.

In this high-visibility role, the Director, Product Marketing - AI Business Solutions (ABS) will own the strategy and execution of the Frontier Firm Program—a flagship initiative that includes executive AI workshops, playbooks, blueprints, and other tools designed to empower organizations to adapt and lead in the age of AI. You’ll leverage primary research, market insights, and customer learnings to engage a community of forward-thinking enterprises—human-led, agent-operated. Success in this role requires close collaboration with partners across academic research, business planning, strategy and consulting, product solutions, and enterprise customers.

Program Leader: Deliver an integrated program across multiple dimensions that measurably helps enterprises transform into Frontier Firms. Executive Engagement: Drive thought leadership and co-innovation through C-suite engagements and industry forums. Cross-Functional Influence: Align positioning and storytelling across teams to articulate the path to becoming a Frontier Firm. Executive Education: Design and deliver programs that educate and inspire leaders on AI’s impact on work. Portfolio Alignment: Ensure narratives and tools reflect both business realities and product truth. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships across AI Strategy, Customer Zero, product, marketing, and field teams to drive alignment. Embody our Culture and Values



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience tracking emerging market and trends in AI and use to shape workforce strategies that add value to executive audiences. 4+ years leading cross‑functional or executive‑level programs that bridge research, marketing, and business strategyAdditional or Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
