As a Director of Systems Governance and Change Management at Microsoft, you’ll be part of a team of world-class engineers leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies to deliver modern, scalable, and intelligent systems that drive Microsoft business forward.

Partner Support the significantly with the Lead and GM of Governance and Change Management to help set direction and evangelize vision to key stakeholders. SupportDesign a framework to ensure delivery of key milestones and action plans therein. This role requires routine interaction with Sr. Management and will need to influence through clarity and leadership.
Take ownership of andAssist in driving drive meeting update process with stakeholders and Sr. Leadership. Develop, track and report on key delivery status and identify areas of help needed. Define Help define success factors for project and align processes to ensure timely updates of progress therein.
Lead change management process and related training programs leveraging industry wide materials, internal materials and lead development of new materials when needed. Identify the most effective and efficient methods for communicating these changes and appropriate avenues for related training.
Help establish and lead V-Team and related engagement process. Responsible for leading and generating meeting content, developing a feedback mechanism, and capturing critical items necessary for success.
Help manage day-to-day activities of Group and Sr. Manager on team who, in part, are responsible for direct partnership with Finance and Operations functions. Provide support when the team needs direction or clarity on specific items.
Partner closely with Technical Lead within team to ensure alignment of critical items, deliverables.
Lead the IT Prioritization process, including process implementation, and review and approval framework from Sr. Leadership.
Oversee and direct when/if external parties are engaged to assist in project.
Identify opportunities to leverage broader network and embrace new technologies at all aspects of project. Other

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Additional or preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Proven ability to create clarity by combining technical, business/finance, and communication skills to synthesize and simplify complex information to create a shared understanding across teams with diverse backgrounds/skillsets and define a course of action.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
