To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Strategy and Operations to join our Integrated Planning and Execution team. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the organization, including setting the strategic plan, publishing work plans and strategies, business process re-engineering, and overseeing day-to-day business management execution and operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to ensure the organization is set up effectively and operates smoothly.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Strategic Planning and Alignment: Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business goals. Overseeing work plans to drive organizational success. Operational Excellence: Leading business process engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency. Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution. Talent Management: Institutionalizing programs for recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Supporting employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and training. Collaboration and Communication: Aligning with partner teams for smooth operations. Managing internal communications and knowledge management. Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Driving organizational initiatives and managing budgets to meet strategic objectives. Leadership Support: Acting as a right hand to the leadership team. Handling special projects and ensuring business continuity. Develop Clear Metrics: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Foster a Collaborative Culture: Encourage cross-functional teams to share insights and best practices. Invest in Training: Create a robust training program that not only covers skills but also fosters leadership qualities among team members. Utilize Technology: Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI)and other tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Project Management, or Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis or product developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ years people management experience.6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Project Management Professional certification (PMP) Experience leading a large team and setting goals, strategy and metrics Experience standing up a new organization and managing large scale and disruptive changes effectively (like a reorganization or transfer of function) Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
