OverviewWe are seeking a leader for the Microsoft Security Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) team. The leader in this role will be responsible for coordinating divisional planning around the worldwide (WW) partner channel ecosystem which sells, services or manages Microsoft security products. In this capacity the individual will envision the global program designs which incent partners to drive customer success.

Responsibilities
Corporate marketing owner for program and incentive design focused on incenting partners to sell, service and manage Microsoft security products. Drive development and maintenance of programs which assist partners drive customer success with enterprise, small and medium corporate and small and medium businesses. Build programs to assist transacting partners successfully sell Microsoft security products, service partners consult and deploy Microsoft products and ISVs build solutions on top of Microsoft’s security ecosystem.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
