In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Commerce Customer Enablement (CCE) team to drive AI/CI (Artificial Intelligence/Customer Insights) priorities that landing accelerated results for our commercial customers and partners. Acting as both a trusted partner and strategic AI thought leader, you will help advance Microsoft’s AI transformation agenda and ensure the team’s impact is aligned to organizational priorities that land transformational outcomes for both our commercial customers and Microsoft.

Strategic AI/CI Transformational Leadership:
Identify and surface key insights across multiple business area that present as transformational opportunities;Develop strategy and assist in driving cross organizational projects that scale transformational impact for our customers and Microsoft;Analyze and influence cross-team leadership to land transformational opportunitiesSynthesize insights from across workstreams into clear, actionable recommendations that support timely decision-making.Serve as a strategic orchestrator across organizational pillars, ensuring all initiatives ladder up to the VP’s top priorities.Accelerate AI transformation priorities, especially around “agentification” and applied AI, by enabling execution, scaling best practices, driving adoption and change needed to realize full transformative opportunity.Operationalize innovations surfaced by embedding AI learnings into rhythm-of-business activities and team workflows.Identify and remove systemic blockers to progress, enabling faster, more coordinated execution of strategic AI initiatives.Create a cadence of data-driven updates that track progress against strategic goals and highlight business outcomes.Cross-Functional Program Execution:
Translate complex business needs into actionable plans aligned with product roadmaps, engineering capacity, and field execution.Coordinate resources and readiness across multiple stakeholders to accelerate momentum and reduce friction.Define success metrics, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.Capture feedback and insights from customer engagements and internal initiatives to inform future strategy and executionCore Capabilities:

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience developing and landing first-time or innovative product and/or business strategies that drive measurable business impact.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
