The CO+I Supply Chain Planning & Analytics team is seeking a seasoned and innovative Director of Production Planning with a passion for data, analytics, process improvements, helping others, technology, and operations. You would join a team that works to deliver and evolve a holistic Data Center performance management platform for CO+I leadership to help the organization make better business decisions.

The Director of Production Planning will drive the requirements for the development of new or revised statistical systems, problem solving, or investigation related to modeling. They will need to be able to work in a self-start environment, apply high-level problem-solving skills and model a can-do attitude. They will drive process simplification and operational adoption of processes in partnership with the value stream owners, ensuring a connection across the overall ecosystem, as we scale the organization. In this role, you will partner and establish relationships by building trust with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute strategies to meet business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to work with and through others to be successful.

The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality) and build relationships with internal customers. Effective executive verbal and written communications skills and analytical thinking are necessary for driving a high level of impact.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

Build equipment production plans required to support customer demand through on-time datacenter delivery. Critically review new supply scenarios to identify potential incidents/risks and their mitigation; determine if new plans are necessary to support changes in datacenter project schedules and opportunities. Analyzes supplier feedback and monitors key performance indicators to improve the customer experience, increase return on investment, and identify new opportunities. Serves as the primary contact within planning and acts as a liaison across teams to drive stakeholder and business process alignment. Uses status reports, executive business reviews, and storytelling to communicate data findings and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Lead a team of production planners to develop and maintain production plans required to support customer demand through on-time datacenter delivery. Oversee the review of supply scenarios to identify potential incidents/risks and their mitigation and determine if new plans are necessary to support changes in datacenter project schedules and opportunities. Oversee supplier feedback and monitor key performance indicators to improve customer experience, increase return on investment, and identify new opportunities. Serve as primary contact for production planning and act as liason internally within Global Supply Chain with partners such as Execution and Category team, as well as externally to other EPC stakeholders to drive business process alignment. Drive the development of data visualization tools to aid in decision making. Lead and drive day to day planning activities while coaching to peer and team members. Drive alignment of regional ways of working to one global model. Lead, guide and support teams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness and long-term sustainability. Ability to synthesize numerous sources of information to create long range forecasting model while ensuring that operations are reflective of the plan. Bring Supply Chain experience and help to shape the vision in alignment with the overall Global Supply Chain core team. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 10+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR equivalent experience

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or related field AND 15+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations fieldOR equivalent experience.5+ years people management experience.Operations experience – Sales ops, manufacturing ops, Commercial SCM ops (Demand and supply planning, logistics)Power Platform/Powershell/RPA (robotic process automation, e.g. UIPath, MS Power Automate Desktop) - Basic understanding of data taxonomy, databases, ER diagrams – basic Familiarity with SAP IBPIntegrated Business Planning M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
