Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Audience & Performance Tech to join our AdTech team. This role will serve as the critical bridge between Ad Tech and our Media Science and Media Analytics teams, ensuring they have the data, infrastructure, and tools required to deliver world-class media measurement and audience strategies.

The Director will own the intake and management of requests from Media Science/Analytics partners, oversee the enablement of audience-related data workflows, and bring a deep understanding of how measurement and infrastructure power modern media.

Extensive experience in ad tech and media measurement technologies, including exposure to industry-standard measurement tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven expertise in audience data management and enablement, including audience creation, segmentation, activation, and governance. Strong technical understanding of media delivery workflows — how infrastructure, data, and platforms integrate to power scalable audience and measurement solutions. Familiarity with leading advertising platforms, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and analytics systems, and how they interconnect to support media and audience strategies. Track record of partnering with media science/analytics teams to translate measurement requirements into actionable data and infrastructure solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end request pipelines, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and timely delivery for media and analytics stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution. Embody our culture and values.

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.6+ years of experience in ad tech, marketing technology, data strategy, or related fields. Additional or preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
